RUTAYISIRE JAMES is my name and has operated a voluntary training school for the last two years at rwinkwavu in rural rwanda.I started by teaching school children who had dropped out of school during my vacations.Lateron adults joined who wanted to cop up with the rwanda's bilingual system and the current move into the east african community which is an english speaaking region.
I have now chosen to strongly embark on this project as a way of contributing to my nations development.
